I have held various roles within the IT industry for 25 years and as a director for over 15 years. Over the years I have worked in technical support, as a reseller, in consultancy and systems analysis, and have a broad understanding of the IT industry and the most importantly the needs of our customers. I consider my best asset to be the ability to outline and explain technical matters to customers in pure and simple terms. Away from the office I enjoy looking after a few livestock and trying to keep a couple of classic cars on the road.
I have been in the IT services business for almost 20 years. Having managed then owned a number of organisations, I bring a wealth of experience with respect to understanding the commercial and business needs of the customer – be that vendor, reseller or end user and particularly in relation to small and medium sized businesses. I value the business relationships I have garnered and believe this to be the most important element of customer satisfaction and retention. This is evident with the professional associations I have maintained over the last 15 years. MBA from Kingston Business School and ITIL accreditations
